I have swing fever! Tonight I went swing dancing after a much too long hiatus from it! It was so much fun. Thanks to my dear friend Liesel I ended up going. Most of the leads were beginners but I got to lindy hop like this girl when I asked the instructor to dance! Okay, maybe I didn't lindy exactly like this girl but I'll get there :) After all, I'm a little out of practice! I think I'm going to watch this film tonight. Released in 1943, this is a scene from Swing Fever (full song/scene here)...

dancing can be so releasing* I loved when i danced ballet, so i guess it must be amazing to try dancing swing ^^
