It's a national holiday in Canada today: Victoria Day. Officially, it's in honour of Queen Victoria's birthday. Unofficially, it marks the start of the summer season. Those are good enough reasons for a long weekend to me! I feel like eating a cupcake now but with warm weather and a performance on the way (I want my costumes to still fit me by the end of June!) I think I'll just look at pictures of pretty cupcakes! So Happy Birthday Queen Victoria! Have a cupcake!
