When someone says "Jane Austen" the most common thing that pops into anyone's mind is usually her novel Pride and Prejudice. But don't forget about the other five she wrote. Right now I'm reading Persuasion. I saw the movie first which had me holding my breath the entire time! I love it. BBC makes good Austen films!If you don't already know, the story is about Anne Elliot, a 27 yr. old woman whom the fates have given a second chance at love 8 years after she was persuaded to break off her engagement to Captain Frederick Wentworth. It's a story of waiting and second chances...
By the way, if you ever feel like watching it but don't know where to find it... it's all on YouTube! Shhh! Don't tell ;)
